Monitoring - The REPAY technology team is working to resolve an issue impacting file transfers to and from the SFTP server supporting Payrazr and Careview. The issue is related to disk space on the server. Additional space has been added and the SFTP server is operating normally at this time. The team is now in the process of re-establishing all automated jobs which touch this server.
A Root Cause Analysis will be made available once the issue is fully resolved.
