Identified - We have identified an issue with the Trakstar Hire and Zoom integration. This integration is designed to auto-create Zoom links for upcoming interviews. Currently, this creation process is not functioning. You are also currently unable to connect a new Zoom account to your Hire account.
While link creation is not working, you can still select to manually add the Zoom details, allowing them to be recorded in the interview invite. Identified - We have identified an issue with the 3rd party that hosts our front/marketing sites (recruiterbox.com / hire.trakstar.com). This 3rd party is working to correct this issue, and get the sites operational again.
In the meantime, the Trakstar Hire / Recruiterbox product IS fully operational.
You can access your site by going to your login page directly. This is found by visiting: app.hire.trakstar.com/app
We'll continue to monitor the third party's correction of the outage, and update as we learn more.
