Monitoring - We found the culprit on Friday! Our hosting provider (who we love!) was marking some domains in Cloudflare as theirs, and Cloudflare got confused. We're still waiting for a report from them to understand how that happened, but for now it seems to be an issue of the past.

Investigating - We're currently seeing that for a very small percentage of our users, we're having trouble reissuing SSL certs with Cloudflare. We're working with Cloudflare to identify the issue and correct it. We're monitoring it, but please reach out to [email protected] if you experience this!
This is only happening for a small portion of customers.
