Identified - At 1:40 PM ET, Pendo experienced a data ingestion issue resulting in a delay of processing new events, which could be causing delays in guide targeting. We are currently working to process the backlog of delayed events.

Monitoring - Our engineering teams have made the appropriate adjustments and we believe Mobile Analytics and Guides are now functioning as expected.
We are continuing to monitor our performance to ensure appropriate functionality. Once we believe the issues are fully resolved we will update appropriately.

Investigating - We have been made aware of an issue with our Mobile functionality across the Pendo platform. This is believed to be impacting Analytics and Guides for Mobile.
Our team is aware and working quickly to understand the scope of the issue and steps to resolution.

Resolved - Navigating to Pendo Feedback from within the Pendo UI should now be back to working as expected. The issue was caused by some changes made to app.pendo.io earlier today that have been rolled back.
