Scheduled - On Thursday, April 3rd, 2025 between 19:00 and 23:00 UTC, we will perform a scheduled network maintenance. This includes backbone-level route adjustments, non-impacting network infrastructure decommission, and capacity enhancements.
Customers with redundant interconnections may experience an impact on primary shared and dedicated circuits for approximately 30 minutes as devices are upgraded. Redundant secondary shared and dedicated circuits will remain in operation. Customers with non-redundant interconnections may see mixed impact to their shared and dedicated circuits.
