Scheduled - Starting 8:00am (PT) on March 10th, 2025, Magensa will remove DHE-based ciphers from all our service endpoints. This change is essential to align with current industry best practices and comply with PCI-DSS standards. Connection attempts that do not include a supported cipher will be rejected.

Scheduled - Worldpay has provided Magensa with the following notice:
"Worldpay from FIS Network Engineering will be performing emergency firewall maintenance in our Grand Rapids data center on Tuesday, August 9, 1 a.m. - 5 a.m. ET. While traffic to our Grand Rapids data center will be suspended during this event, connectivity to our Florence data center should not be impacted. The changes are expected to last no more than fifteen (15) minutes but may require the full maintenance window."
This maintenance applies only to Worldpay customers.

Investigating - The Magensa server certificate (*.magensa.net) will be updated on Wednesday, September 28th starting at 8:00AM PT. The new certificate uses a different DigiCert CA chain than the existing certificate. You are advised to check the certificate trust store on any system accessing a Magensa endpoint prior to this update to prevent a potential service access issue.
If you find that your certificate trust store needs to be updated manually, the CA can be downloaded from https://www.digicert.com/kb/digicert-root-certificates.htm.
