Resolved - At 10:24 AM ET on 12/10/2020, our Giving Day experienced issues loading pages. We restarted the dynos on the Giving Day platform which resolved the issues. At 10:32 AM ET, all pages were loading successfully. There have not been any reported issues since this time.

Monitoring - At 10:55 am ET on 1/12/21, we changed the data center that content is being served from for our applications. This improved performance and appeared to have resolved the site load issues that users may have encountered. Additionally, as of 11:14 am ET, Fatly has implemented a fix to resolve the underlying issue.
We are continuing to monitor our applications until the fix has been fully verified.

Investigating - We're currently seeing issues with Fastly, one of our third-party service providers. This may cause users to be unable to load pages or see error messages when they are visiting the GiveGab administrative dashboard or our giving day platform.

Resolved - Between 10:30 am ET and 11:30 am ET the administrative dashboards on GiveGab.com were not loading successfully for users. We have reverted the changes that caused this issue and do not expect to see further issues at this time.

Monitoring - Our email service provider, Mailchimp, is currently experiencing some technical issues. This may cause emails from GiveGab to not immediately be sent out. Those emails should send once Mailchimp corrects issues on their end. We will continue to provide updates as we learn more.

Monitoring - At 3:30pm ET, the team deployed changes that resulted in incompatibilities between third-party libraries and monitoring tools ultimately causing downtime across the GiveGab application. The Giving Days platform was not affected.
At 3:45pm ET, the team deployed a change to resolve the errors in production. We are working on identifying the exact issue before re-releasing the related updates.

Monitoring - GiveGab.com and our Giving Day platforms are back online and fully operational. Fastly, one of our third-party service providers, had an issue that caused widespread site outages across the internet. They have resolved the issue and are monitoring the fix.

Scheduled - From 1:00AM EST to 1:30AM EST on August 14, 2021, the GiveGab Platform (givegab.com), the GiveGab API, and our Giving Day Platform will be undergoing scheduled maintenance. This is expected to result in a few minutes of downtime for the impacted apps during the maintenance window. Following the maintenance window, all impacted sites will resume normal operation.
GiveGab Enterprise components will not be impacted by this maintenance.
